What exactly does that mean -- "No sugar tonight"?? ;)
It's a title to a song from Guess Who. Actually they blended two songs together (New Mother Nature and No Sugar Tonight). I've never really thought about what the lyrics actually mean. Here's the refrain.
No sugar tonight in my coffee
No sugar tonight in my tea
No sugar to stand beside me
No sugar to run with me
I'm sure there's more to it than meets the eye - it was the late 60s after all. But I was trying to be a little musical in my blog that day.
I like clever titles. :)
